Good morning, We're sorry you feel this way, we'd just like to clarify that the policy is active straight away from the chosen date/time, however, there is 14 day period where illness/disease cannot be considered once started. This is common practice within the industry and is one of the lesser periods - some are as high as 28 days. Kind regards E&L
