We are really sorry about the high cost of shipping the product outside of the US. We have no control over the prices of the length of time it takes for delivery. In all of our shipments outside the US we typically add an extra free bottle to offset your cost. If you did not get that free additional bottle, please let me know. We will ship it to you free of charges.
Also, you mentioned little white type balls in your wine. This means one of two things. You need to be sure to shake it lightly before each use. Also, it is also an indication that your wine is very high in tannins or polyphenols and our product is working in overdrive to precipitate them out. If tannins in the reds are an issue for you...this may not be a wine for you because there is so much tannin in it. It is actually a good indicator for that. I promise it does not do this to all wines. Just the ones very high in tannins. Let us know if this is helpful. We want to make sure that everyone is happy with our product in every way.
