Disclosure Services vélemények

Good morning, Thanks for your review, our aim is to provide fast and efficient service to our customers. Please feel free to get in touch if you need any assistance in the future.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your feedback, we're really sorry to hear that you had a bad experience when applying for your Basic DBS check with Disclosure Services. I would firstly like to reassure you that our staff here have no access to any part of an individual's application whatsoever. As you'll know, your application had to be rejected on a couple of occasions due to incorrect Driving Licence information being added and aside from the legal implications of adding or amending information on your behalf, our systems were designed with data protection in mind and won't allow us to do it. Our records show that you chose to receive an electronic disclosure rather than a paper copy of the certificate at the time of applying. We appreciate that this was probably a mistake on your behalf as you required a printed certificate and regrettably, you can't apply for a paper copy at a later date. This is a rule that has been set by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and isn't something that we can change or influence in any way. We're sorry if you felt like we couldn't help but we are governed by the rules set out by the DBS and there is only so much we can do. We understand that you felt you probably needed to apply for another DBS certificate but an individual can view your electronic DBS certificate online with your consent. It's not always necessary to have a physical copy of your certificate, a digital copy is usually enough for most employers and organisations. Finally, we would like to apologise if the level of customer service you received didn't match our usual high standards. We are always looking to improve the service we provide to our valued clients and would welcome any suggestions you may have on how we can do this. Kind Regards, Steve

Good Morning, Thank you for your feedback, we're really sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the length of time it took to receive your certificate. We've investigated this as a matter of routine and it appears that an error with your application wasn't amended for 17 days even though our client administrators picked this up straight away. This will have been one of the main factors in your certificate taking a month to arrive although we'd be interested to hear suggestions on how we could improve our service. If there was a delay with the printing and posting of the certificate, this process is handled by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and regrettably, isn't something that we can control or influence in any way. Kind Regards, Steve

Good Morning, Thank you very much for your feedback, it's great to hear that you were satisfied with your experience when using Disclosure Services. If you need us in the future, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll be more than happy to help. Kind Regards, Steve

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your feedback, we're really sorry to hear that you had a bad experience when applying for your DBS check with Disclosure Services. Our online portal was designed with our clients in mind so it's really disappointing to hear that you didn't find it user friendly. We appreciate we probably haven't thought of everything so would really welcome your suggestions on how this could be improved for our clients going forward. The team here pride themselves on their customer service and with a combined industry experience of over 100 years, we were surprised to hear that they couldn't help you. Again, if you feel like we could be doing something better, please let us know as our clients are the most important part of our business and making sure that they're happy is paramount to us. With regards to the length of time that your certificate took to arrive, this is something that is handled by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) so regrettably isn't something within our control. However, from our experience of working with the DBS for nearly 20 years, we know that certificates that are being posted outside of the UK take significantly longer than those within the UK. As this process belongs to the DBS, our client administrators wouldn't have been unable to help with any questions on this subject and may have appeared unhelpful and uninformed as a result. Kind Regards,Steve

Good Morning, Thank you very much for your feedback, it's great to hear that you found the process straightforward and that you received your certificate quickly. If you need us in the future, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll be more than happy to help. Kind Regards, Steve

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your feedback, we're really sorry to hear that you feel that the application process was slow. We have investigated this as a matter of routine and our findings show that there was a total of 4 days between you starting your application and the DBS printing your certificate. The only delay before your application reached the DBS was due to there being missing information which our client administrators quickly picked up on and notified you about. We advise our clients that the average time for a Basic check to complete is between 1 and 5 working days so as an Umbrella Body, we have fulfilled our obligation to you and achieved our SLA with your application. If for any reason the certificate was delayed after printing, the fault lies solely with the Disclosure and Barring Service or Royal Mail and not with the team here at Disclosure Services. Kind Regards, Steve
