Glad the flowers were nice, but wish to apologise they were delivered later than you had wanted. We hope this will not put you off using the service again in the future - all our member florists work really hard to meet customer requests apologies we didn't get the delivery there in the AM on this occasion Zoe Lee

sorry you were disappointed with your flower delivery. Just checked the order and can see the order was made on Jan 1st for delivery on 2nd Jan. In truth its a really difficult time of year for florists to deliver to their usual standard. This is because the supply of fresh flowers dwindles to very little between Christmas and NY. Very few deliveries arrive from Holland. That's not to make excuses its just to offer a genuine explanation as to why your flowers this time were not upto the usual standard. On behalf of the delivering florist with whom we have worked many years please accept our apologies. May we offer a discount if you choose to order through Direct2florist in the future?
