Hello we are sorry your flight ticket was subject to the airline requiring immediate full payment in order to secure the seat, this is beyond our control but is explained in our booking terms that you ticked to accept. Airlines may take this action to ensure they have passengers committed to travelling and to determine demand. When this happens, you will be notified and given a choice in which you may either pay in full at that time or pay at your originally arranged balance due date. Attempts were made to contact you prior to our department being closed for the weekend and we can only sympathise with the frustration this may have caused, the team will make every effort to address the flight aspect for you and be in touch via normal channels.
