During the checkout section of our website out of stock items are displayed with a message, notifying the customer of the estimated amount of weeks until the products arrival. We therefore do not then further notify our customer of this delay, unless of course we encounter a delay with the stock. In which instance customers are sent an email notifying them of the delay, and the new expected date.

Although our London stores are independent of our online shop, and therefore are subject to different prices; if you see something in one of these stores for cheaper, but would prefer to buy online we will always match shop prices, once we have verified the price with the store in question.

I see you have bought from our Royal Collection, which features our larget plaid range, however you may also like our velvet Phipps cushions from the Designers Guild range. Also, although not strictly plaid, you may be interested to see our brand new William Yeoward range, which features some lovely rustic stripes or alternatively, new to our DG rage, the checked Brera cushions.

Thank you for your feedback. Both our Kings Road and Marylebone stores can accept returns for online customers; however they are unable to issue refunds in store. The staff at the shop will notify our online returns department, who will begin to process your refund, and the goods will be returned to our warehouse. After which, you will be refunded for your order, and notified via email.

Thank you for your feedback. We send out promotional e-mails notifying subscribers of any exciting news we feel we would like to share with our valued customers. Recently this has been regarding goings on such as the end of our January sale, our new spring/summer range, and our exciting valentine’s promotions. Whilst this transition in seasons is naturally an active time for us, we appreciate your feedback, and do our best to keep the number of promotional emails we send out to a minimum. Currently we do not have a date for our warehouse fabric sale, however once we have our date, subscribers to our mailing list will be notified.
