Easy experience in ordering. However Had to wait sometime for delivery .Then was delivered before I received delivery date by email. Would have been better to receive time slot& date at least 24 hrs...

Worst company to deal with. From start to end everything was wrong. Can't get hold of anyone over the phone and if you do all you hear is no one here today

Customer Service is Lacking
I still haven't received my blind!! Apparently it was posted out to the wrong address. They have never initiated any communication with me, I have had to contact them to find out what was...

We apologise, the courier delivered it to the wrong address. We didn't realise this until you contacted us and informed us you hadn't received it. We are current making you a new blind and it will be sent as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Notification of anticipated delivery date would be helpful. One of 2 blinds I ordered was incorrect pattern, replacement still awaited.

You are correct, we did send out two of the same blind by mistake. As soon as we were informed, we had the correct blind made for you, which was dispatched yesterday. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may of caused you.
