Hogyan gyűjtjük a Feefo véleményeket?

A visszajelzéseket a velünk együttműködő vállalkozások nevében, függetlenül gyűjtjük.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy that the documents were not received. I can see that they were sent to the email address on file, but you requested to cancel the policy and therefore a full refund was given as a goodwill gesture. Kind regards, Charli

Hi Bernard, Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear you feel this way. You were required to have the CDW with the rental company, as per the terms of our policy. When you reject this cover, you agree to be responsible for all damage. Our policy protects you from paying the excess, not the full cost of damage if CDW is declined, whether the damage is for tyres, or any part of the vehicle. Kind regards, Charli.
