I've had a look into your renewal quote and the reason that your premium was higher this year for Europe than it was last year for Worldwide excluding USA & Canada, is that you've told us about new pre-existing medical conditions. If you are seeing much lower prices on a price comparison website it is most likely that you aren’t inputting the same pre-existing medical conditions on their website. For example if we quote your exact renewal details on CompareTheMarket, including only European policies with less than £100 excess, your renewal quote would have ranked 5th on a price only basis (and about 1.23x the very cheapest option).We would recommend, if you are going to use another provider that you ensure that your pre-existing medical declaration is accurate, as under declaring can result in claims be reduced or denied.
