Unhelpful. I was stuck abroad and wanted to know what I was covered for and was basically told to look at my policy. If I had access to that I wouldn’t have reached out in the first place.

Thank you for your review. Upon looking at your records, the only contact we were able to locate was one email you sent us, where you have just informed us that your flight was cancelled but no queries were made. We replied with the covered information and have not redirected you at all to review your policy wording document, which was available to view and download on your Customer Zone since you purchased your policy until your policy expired.
