Once our oder had been taken we received no feedback, no proper indication of when our furniture would be here. No-one seemed to have a clue.

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the service you received once you placed your order and can only apologise that you were ntot kept up to date with the status of your order. Please accept our apologies that this is not the norm.
We are, unfortunately, unable to provide delivery slots as we plan our delivery routes the night before delivery to ensure we have as many days available for customers to take delivery as possible.
Your comments regarding packaging have been passed onto our deliveries manager as we do take away all packaging as part of our service and can only apologise that you had issues in this respect.

All lead times quoted at the time of ordering are estimates as it can occasionally take longer for items to be made. We are sorry that this seems to have been the case in this instance.
