Great looking properties and lots of choice. Great value too. We loved our stay at The Beach Hive, Pevensey Bay.

Excellent communication made booking easy
I would definitely recommend CoolStays : the site was easy to navigate and we were kept informed throughout the whole booking process.

Easy and clear
Easy to navigate and clear. Sometimes it can be tricky to work out availability but I do appreciate that can be down to the property.

More properties in the North of the UK
The properties that you have look good but there are not enough properties in the North of the UK. I would appreciate a better selection of properties for such as; Yorkshire Dales, Derbyshire, Lake...

nice pictures of properties and descriptions. only problem is advertising as having vacancies but then enquire to find nil available, rather annoying.
