We are sorry for the delay with your order. Unfortunately one of your bottles was damaged in transit by the courier. The courier has a policy to hold the package if they see it leaking at which point they should have contacted us so that we could send out another package. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen on this occasion for which we can only apologise. Replacements were sent out as soon as you made us aware of the problem and we will be taking this up with the couriers so that it won’t happen again.
