We are sorry for the confusion with your order. This has now been resolved with you direct. As you know Cooksmill took the difficult decision on Monday 23rd March 2020 to close down our full operation stemming over 4 different sites and to send all employees home immediately for our own safety and well being. There was a very big rush to dispatch all orders and then to refund the orders we could not dispatch. This was an enormous task and we are extremely sorry there was confusion over your order.

We refunded all orders where items were not in stock as we didn’t want to hold onto customers money for an indefinite period.
