We are disappointed you were not happy with the service received by Cooksmill. You placed an order for items that had a 5-7 working day lead time. Delivery is subject to stock availability and unfortunately we can't dispatch things for next day that have a 5-7 working day lead time. Lead times are displayed on products and in the cart on checkout. We apologise no one was free to answer the phone when you rang. We have been extremely busy after reopening after we had to close due to the pandemic. We can't find any evidence that you have tried to contact us in any other way such as email, messenger or by live chat. Thank you.
