Ki írhat Feefo véleményt?

However we have emailed you during this time to keep you up to date of progress on the order. Unfortunately we are seeing delays from some manufacturer's and suppliers due to social distancing measures in place in factories, warehouses and distribution centers. No item received but refunded

I purchased the item and excitedly awaited its arrival. Then I noticed they’d refunded my bank. No communication whatsoever, so I can only assume they’ve cancelled my order. Very strange experience...

I am very sorry you were not happy with the service from Cooksmill. The item you ordered had a 5-7 day lead time. On putting the order in with the manufacturer they informed us they were out of stock and couldn't fulfill the order. We had emailed you to apologise and say that your money would be refunded but maybe the email has gone into your email junk file. We would like to apologise for the disappointment caused however we do refund customers money as soon as possible if an order can't be fulfilled.
