I am sorry you don't feel the service from Cooksmill lived up to your expectations. However, as you can see in the photo you posted that the products are wrapped inside the box. You asked for a full refund because the outer packaging was damaged by the courier. We offered you a refund on any damaged items, but as you said yourself nothing was damaged. We emailed you to resolve this problem but you didn't want to engage with us. Should you wish to talk with us please reply to our emails on info@cooksmill.co.uk.
