The product you ordered had a lead time of 1-2 weeks. This is on the product page, the basket page, the checkout page, and on the order confirmation you received.

We're sorry to hear your order arrived in a condition that did not meet expectations. Once your parcel leaves us, it goes into a courier van, then to a sorting office, and then to a local courier's van at a minimum. Along the way, boxes may be put onto the floor.
