Good trip
The boarding was very well done, and service on board was good. The boat even left early which suited us fine. My only problem is that if you buy food to eat and have the standard seats it is not...

Liberation is all too often cancelled at very short notice with no alternative for a day or two. Useless when expecting family visits.

Our High Speed services can be affected by Inclement weather in the winter months more than our conventional ferry service, which is another means of travel to the Channel Islands. The safety of our passengers and crew is of paramount importance and we are sorry if we have had occasion to disrupt your family travel plans due to bad weather. Only use them as there is no other ferry to channel islands
Lousy , the first time an excuse to cancel can be found they do it.
Since they changed to the liberation the service have been appalling.

A pleasant and relaxing start to our holiday.
Friendly check in Staff and seating was comfortable and clean
Duty free goods were rather expensive overall
Food could be more adventurous
