Products good, delivery awful, customer service slow.

I like the products, but delivery was bad (because Evri, who used to be good to my address but are now constantly failing) and Chum take about 2 weeks to even open a returned package of items to...

Thanks for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that you received the wrong colour trousers and appreciate how disappointing this must have been, particularly as the item you received did not match the one you ordered. I can see that the trousers have since been returned to us and that a full refund has been processed. While I am pleased that we have been able to resolve the matter, I understand this will not make up for the inconvenience and frustration caused.
