I did NOT want 2 pairs the same colour. No second choice was offered, just delivery of 2 pairs in black

Thank you for your feedback. I can only apologise two pairs were sent the same colour, this is not our usual practice. You can return these by using your free returns label and we will be more than happy to exchange or refund you.

Rubbish. I ordered a cushion colour (mink) the delivery note said Mink and you sent me fern. Then the guy in the drop off point for returns didn't want to take it saying it was too big. He took it...
