Ki írhat Feefo véleményt?

Csak a vásárlást igazoló bizonylattal rendelkező ügyfelek írhatnak Feefo véleményt. Ezt úgy biztosítjuk, hogy a tranzakciót követően azonnal felvesszük a kapcsolatot a vásárlókkal.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

A véleményeket az eladáshoz vagy a tranzakcióhoz társítva ellenőrizzük, hogy valódi vásárlóktól származnak-e. A személyeket csak akkor kérjük fel vélemény írására, ha már vásároltak az adott vállalkozástól.

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

A Feefo megakadályozza, hogy a személyek hamis véleményeket írjanak, mivel csak ellenőrzött vásárlókat kérünk fel rá, hogy visszajelzést adjanak.

As yet I have not received an invoice for the renewal for the Community Property for 2021 - 2022 and so I am confused as to why I am being asked for feedback.

I asked for an invoice and was told they couldn’t send it to me.

I asked for an invoice to be sent to me they said they couldn’t do that. But I am expected to pay on time ??????

HiOn behalf of CHU I wish to apologise for the delay in providing renewal terms this year. Unfortunately, the delay was due to a change over of systems which we have currently been working on. On average renewal terms are provided eight weeks prior to the due date. If due to a delay on our end a much shorter notice period is provided CHU is able to discuss a payment extension.
