Our Free Worldwide shipping usually takes 10-20 working days but it can take up to 30 working days (6 weeks) as different countries’ customs can take a bit longer. Unfortunately, we have no control over how long this takes. Your tracking shows the item was successfully delivered by USPS on the 27th of October at 12:44pm, after 11 working days from dispatch.
