Have been with them for the past 4yrs and made one claim. Renewals are easy, and always very competitive. They dont try and sell you anything that you don't need. Loyalty attracts a discount....

The renewal process is to send out two communications prior to renewing to give you the opportunity to review, perhaps these have got stuck in spam?
