Thanks for the feedback. Sorry to hear that you feel that the service was a little lacking regarding the rate on your insurance. The Insurers do provide the rates and we try to ensure these are competitive. I am pleased a member of staff gave a discount to retain the business, despite the rate set by Insurers.
