Good morning. I'm very sorry to hear that you didn't get your parcel until 2pm despite paying for the Pre 12 service. Unfortunately we don't have any say in the time slots/deliveries as we use DPD as our courier service rather than doing the deliveries ourselves. This is the first we were aware of your delivery arriving late so I completely get your frustration. I will get your shipping fee refunded immediately as you didn't get the goods when expected. If you had let us know straight away by phone or email then we could have actioned this refund sooner. Once again apologies for the slight delay in delivery and please let me know if we can help with anything else. Kind Regards, The Cater For You Team.
