Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We were happy to accommodate your special requests and provide complimentary safe storage for your tandem bike whilst you were staying in Havana. In normal circumstances using our standard hire bikes, no extra independent travel is required outside of the published itineraries. Our tour accommodation choices are varied and hand picked to provide an overall balance of cultural insight, value for money, and comfort. This usually involves staying in Cuban homestays known as 'casas particulares' and we are always open to discuss exactly what this entails prior to travel. We are sorry to hear that some of the cycling routes weren't to your liking.
