The lap try has not been fitted correctly and I have contacted Quentin Watt who promised an engineer would attend and rectify the problem

I am sorry to hear that the care staff have had issues with manoeuvring the chair.
The seating assessor would be happy to revisit the chair to assess the damage to the footplate and investigate the difficulties with moving the chair.
