Two cards were snaged at the corners the box was not long enough for the bigger card .night he candlecwas wrapped really well

Disappointed this time
I had to wait over a week for my parcel missed Birthday and a deflated ballon very disappointed this time.

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry for what has happened here. I cannot see any emails from you on our system regarding this order. We do recommend that you contact us if you have any issues with your order so we can get these resolved for you as soon as possible. 

This order was sent with Royal Mail 48 which is our second class service and we do estimate delivery between 2-3 working days, but these are only estimated dates so we do experience they are longer than this sometimes, due to delays with Royal Mail which are out of our hands unfortunately. I am very sorry about this.

On this occasion i have refunded you in full for this order, and i hope if you order with us again we can give you a better experience.
