We are happy to hear you were glad with the arrangements. According to our records,  the transfer from Santiago to the airport was never requested. However a call to our 24/7 support number (provided with the holiday pack/luggage tags) would have cleared this at the time. €63 sounds like the right amount for three taxis. Just to reassure you the transfers weren't charged as part of your holiday, since they hadn't been requested or booked.
