Thank you for your feedback. I have taken a look at your account and can confirm that the postal charge to send your order to the USA did increase from £10 to £40. The charges passed on to our customers are at cost, we make no profit from carriage charges levied on us by the courier companies. We emailed you on the 12th of September asking if you were happy to pay the extra for us to despatch your order. Up until this point we have not heard back from you, meaning that your order has not been despatched. We have made a authorisation against your credit card for this order, but we will not take payment until the goods are despatcched. If you would still lke to go through with your order, please could you contact us at customerservices@tightlines.co.uk and we will be happy to despatch your order without any further delay. I have refunded the additional postal charge that you paid for our express delivery option, as we clearly did not meet our service promise on this occasion. This was most certainly not up to our usual standards; normally when we give a delivery timescale we stick to it and indeed in most cases parcels arrive sooner than promised. I will arrange for a replacement label to be despatched to you today. Very few our despatches are lost by the Royal Mail but I do sympathise with how frustrating it is when this happens to you.
