Got the parcel and at a good price. Tried to communicate via email on a few occasions to track the parcel but never got a response. Was lucky someone was in the house when they delivered. You need to...

Hi Sir, you are correct. But it wasn't through malice or general apathy for our customers. A technical issue we identified with our helpdesk software was stopping email enquiries from our website customers coming through. When we realised only eBay and Amazon order enquiries were coming through, we contacted the software company and they helped us resolve it. This is not usual service from them or us. Thanks for the considered response. Working in the IT industry these things happen so I have adjusted my rating accordingly. Maybe next time follow up with customer even after the fact. Best regards.
