The article you mentioned from January 2024 referred to a small, isolated batch that contained a mix of bamboo and wood fibres. We informed customers immediately and relisted those products at a reduced price. Since then, all our products meet the 100% bamboo standard. We hope this helps to reassure you that your trust in us has not been misplaced and that going forward our processes are more robust than ever, meaning that this issue can never happen again.
