The owner apologises that due to being out of the country a break down in communication occurred between himself and the cleaner of Kiwi Cottage, resulting in Kiwi not being serviced in time for your arrival. We have spoken to the owner who will be addressing the issues that you have raised and acknowledges that after a very busy season with back to back changeovers with limited cleaning time the property is due a deep clean.
