We had many problems on our arrival, 99 per cent of them were sorted within 24 hours. The person we spoke to at Brecon cottages on the phone and the caretaker that promptly came out were very...

I was glad to read that Will the Caretaker addressed the issues immediately and he thanks you for the present that you left in our Brecon Office for his daughter.
