Hogyan gyűjtjük a Feefo véleményeket?

A visszajelzéseket a velünk együttműködő vállalkozások nevében, függetlenül gyűjtjük.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

Thank you for taking the time to let us have your feedback and taking the time to speak to our Customer Service Director. We are pleased that you were happy with our service and the level of care you received from your adviser. We are proud to say that we always work with our customer’s best interests at heart and will always challenge these types of issues on their behalf. As you are aware, the valuers are independent professionals instructed by the lender - working within guidelines set by their professional bodies and as such whilst we are happy to, and will always, intervene and highlight your concerns, raise points and assist our customers to challenge such a valuation, but ultimately do not have any control or influence on the final valuation.
