Hogyan gyűjtjük a Feefo véleményeket?

A visszajelzéseket a velünk együttműködő vállalkozások nevében, függetlenül gyűjtjük.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

Thank you for taking the time to give us your valuable feedback and for speaking to me today. We appreciate and understand your frustration and dissatisfaction with the lenders appointed solicitors. As discussed on the telephone, we have passed this feedback to the lender and will work with them to help them to improve the service their solicitors provide our customers. I am pleased to hear however, that you were very happy and satisfied with the service you received from Mike Gillis and The Bower Team. Please feel free to contact us should you need any further information or assistance.
