Good afternoon Mr Hammond, thank you for your review, we appreciate all feedback. Payment is always taken at the point of sale of the policy, however, since your vehicles previous warranty policy expired over a year ago, there will be a one month gap between the date of sale and the start date of the policy, this is to ensure pre-existing faults are not claimed for. We have not charged you for this month and the card payment taken when you purchased the policy will cover the first month, starting on 01/11.
