Good afternoon Michael, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you found your assessment valuable. We appreciate your suggestion regarding the presentation of blood test results. We understand how having access to the underlying figures could make it easier to track changes over time and compare results across future assessments. The traffic light system is designed to provide a simple, easy-to-understand overview of your results, but we recognise that some customers would also find the numerical values helpful for monitoring trends and gaining additional context. Thank you for raising this with us. Your feedback is appreciated and will be shared with the relevant team for consideration as we continue to review and develop our reporting. If you have any further questions or need any additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Advisors on 0800 652 2183 (UK) or 1800 937 499 (ROI). Warm regards, Thomas

Good afternoon Paul, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you had a very good experience overall. We're sorry, however, if you were not made aware that certain medications, including antibiotics, may have the potential to influence some blood test results. We understand how important it is for customers to receive clear information before testing so they can make informed decisions about their assessment. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will ensure your comments are shared with the relevant team for review. Feedback such as yours helps us continually improve the information and guidance we provide to our customers. If you have any further questions or need any additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Advisors on 0800 652 2183 (UK) or 1800 937 499 (ROI). Warm regards, Thomas

Good afternoon Helen, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for speaking with me directly, which allowed me to clear up the confusion regarding your receipt. As we discussed, the charge was the result of an error, and I have now followed up by sending an updated receipt to your email address reflecting the correct details. I apologise for any confusion or frustration this may have caused, and I appreciate you bringing the matter to our attention so that we could resolve it for you. I hope this has addressed your concerns and restored your confidence in our service. If you have any further questions or need any additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Advisors on 0800 652 2183 (UK) or 1800 937 499 (ROI). Warm regards, Thomas
