Hi, we are sorry and disappointed to hear you were not impressed with our service. We pride ourselves on our customer service and do our very best to uphold this. We do have set procedures in place for our staff to follow, however we are unable to force any third parties such as lenders or car dealerships to make a refund or repairs to a vehicle which is not covered by a statutory warranty.
