Thanks for the feedback Mel. Unfortunately, due to the time it takes to set up the Direct Debit instruction, we can often miss the first chosen payment date (and very rarely the 2nd too!). We fully appreciate that this isn't ideal, and are looking into making this process much slicker. With regards to paperwork, due to the flexible policy, that allows changes to be made at any time, printed documents can be out of date very quickly, and we like to look after the trees, so you can access your up to date policy documents at any time from within your Bikmo account.
