Ki írhat Feefo véleményt?

Csak a vásárlást igazoló bizonylattal rendelkező ügyfelek írhatnak Feefo véleményt. Ezt úgy biztosítjuk, hogy a tranzakciót követően azonnal felvesszük a kapcsolatot a vásárlókkal.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

A véleményeket az eladáshoz vagy a tranzakcióhoz társítva ellenőrizzük, hogy valódi vásárlóktól származnak-e. A személyeket csak akkor kérjük fel vélemény írására, ha már vásároltak az adott vállalkozástól.

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

A Feefo megakadályozza, hogy a személyek hamis véleményeket írjanak, mivel csak ellenőrzött vásárlókat kérünk fel rá, hogy visszajelzést adjanak.

1st Class service!

Faultless! I had several questions concerning various aspects of the cover and they were all answered quickly and comprehensively. A level of customer service that is rarely experienced nowadays!

Very flexible insurance

The ordering process was fine, some aspects a bit confusing ie not enterely clear what was selected. I love the offer of insuring all bikes with only one being used at one time. Otherwise, I hope not...

I’m just a month into my new policy with Bikmo, and by sending a winter goodie bag for my bike they seem to be a company that cares about providing specialist cycle insurance.
