However, it appears that the issue is with the configuration of your external Wi-Fi routers, which are not part of the equipment provided by us. Whilst we strive to support our customers to the best of our ability, the configuration of third party equipment is outside the scope of our services. Many third party routers are designed to be plug and play, requiring minimal setup. However, some may require specific configurations that we are unable to perform.
