Ki írhat Feefo véleményt?

Csak a vásárlást igazoló bizonylattal rendelkező ügyfelek írhatnak Feefo véleményt. Ezt úgy biztosítjuk, hogy a tranzakciót követően azonnal felvesszük a kapcsolatot a vásárlókkal.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

A véleményeket az eladáshoz vagy a tranzakcióhoz társítva ellenőrizzük, hogy valódi vásárlóktól származnak-e. A személyeket csak akkor kérjük fel vélemény írására, ha már vásároltak az adott vállalkozástól.

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

A Feefo megakadályozza, hogy a személyek hamis véleményeket írjanak, mivel csak ellenőrzött vásárlókat kérünk fel rá, hogy visszajelzést adjanak.

Thanks for the feedback Colin. Really sorry the cases weren't to your liking. As you've mentioned, we did explain that this case was made up of a random selection of beers and we cannot say if it'd be bottles, cans or a particular style. The reason for the two cases being similar is due to you ordered two cases from the same batch.

Dear Customer Service Team, The cases were not similar they were exactly the same. Therefore, I reiterate the point that they were not 'random' and as previously stated. I did telephone before ordering enquiring avout the mix. I was told that the case would be totally random and I could not influence the mix. This was not the case as they were IDENTICAL and if they happened to be from the same batch then it would have been possible to; 1) Alter the batch so they were different and 2) Select the beers to match my request. Previously I have ordered individual bottles to make my own case. If I had known there would be 5 tins, 5 lagers and 3 IPA's I would not have ordered one case never mind TWO. It would seem to me you just wanted to get rid of stock that nobody in their right mind would order. One of the tins was 2.8 % which is again something I would never drink never mind buy. Colin

As you have again mentioned, we did say the case was made up of a random selection and we can't change the beers in the case. This is the whole purpose of the mystery case so it's a mystery. Sorry not all of the beers were to your liking.

I think you are missing the point and in my mind this is not by accident. If it is a mystery case the two case should not be identical. I was told it was random. If something is 'random' you don't get two cases of 15 beers that are identical. This is NOT 'random' based on simple probability theory. I can see I am wasting my time. You've had my money and I've had your left over beers and lagers. I just hope my feedback makes people wary of buying the mystery case in the future.

i have had the mixed box and now jever fun a few times,you dont even no its alcohol free its that good.all are nice but there are 2or3 that stand out,will order again in future
