Ki írhat Feefo véleményt?

Csak a vásárlást igazoló bizonylattal rendelkező ügyfelek írhatnak Feefo véleményt. Ezt úgy biztosítjuk, hogy a tranzakciót követően azonnal felvesszük a kapcsolatot a vásárlókkal.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

A véleményeket az eladáshoz vagy a tranzakcióhoz társítva ellenőrizzük, hogy valódi vásárlóktól származnak-e. A személyeket csak akkor kérjük fel vélemény írására, ha már vásároltak az adott vállalkozástól.

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

A Feefo megakadályozza, hogy a személyek hamis véleményeket írjanak, mivel csak ellenőrzött vásárlókat kérünk fel rá, hogy visszajelzést adjanak.

Good service with a reasonable price

great service would have been nice to have 10 different beers rather than 5, although i was aware of this when i made the order

Thanks for the feedback Mark. We would have loved to be able to have offered 10 different beers in the Oktoberfest case, but there are only 6 'official' breweries & we wanted to keep this case as traditional as possible
