Good product - did not hear back from customer service enquiry

It looks like a great product - but I emailed Beer Hawk twice asking them whether I could change the delivery address and got no reply.

Incorrect labelling

I ordered two advent calendars and one was delivered with the wrong name and no gift message. Fortunately I had warned them that a parcel was due but then had to explain what had gone wrong.

I bought the advent calendar for my husband, which arrived safely. It looks fun, and I know he'll love it. I obviously can't comment on the range or quality of beers yet. I only gave four stars...
