Ki írhat Feefo véleményt?

Csak a vásárlást igazoló bizonylattal rendelkező ügyfelek írhatnak Feefo véleményt. Ezt úgy biztosítjuk, hogy a tranzakciót követően azonnal felvesszük a kapcsolatot a vásárlókkal.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

A Feefo megakadályozza, hogy a személyek hamis véleményeket írjanak, mivel csak ellenőrzött vásárlókat kérünk fel rá, hogy visszajelzést adjanak.

Lovely range for mystery box but almost all out of date

Almost all of the beers in the mystery box were out of date, some from the summer and a few of them you could tell. It was presented well and had a lovely variety but dissapointed with paying full...

Thanks for the feedback, the description on the website does state that it will contain beers that are past their best before date, but are still perfectly fine to be drunk. I'm sorry you weren't happy with the contents & I'll contact you direct about this.

Delivery was left outside, in full view, all day.

My delivery was left directly outside my house in full view of passers by. It must have been there all day as I received an email in the morning saying it had been delivered safely. Not impressive....
