Barnes Coaches vélemények

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate that a 18:30 return can make for a very long day, and we're sorry that the schedule did not meet your expectations. When planning our trips, return times can be influenced by factors such as attraction closing times, traffic conditions and journey distances, but we understand that arriving home earlier could be preferable for some passengers. Your comments have been noted and will be taken into consideration when reviewing future itineraries. We value your feedback and thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.

Thank you for your feedback. We're delighted to hear that you found the driver efficient and enjoyed his sense of humour throughout the trip. We appreciate that not all passengers enjoy onboard entertainment, particularly when they are hoping for a quieter and more relaxing journey. We will share your feedback with our operations team and drivers as a reminder to carefully consider any type of entertainment provided, and where possible to gauge passenger preferences. Thank you again for taking the time to leave your review. Your comments help us improve the experience for all our passengers, and we hope to welcome you on another trip in the future.

Thank you for your lovely review. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your first London trip with Barnes and that Robert helped make the journey both informative and entertaining. We also appreciate your feedback regarding Cricklade. We do offer Cricklade pick-ups whenever we can, where the direction of travel and vehicle availability allow, and we'll always try to accommodate this when it's operationally possible. Thank you again for travelling with us, and we look forward to welcoming you on another trip soon!

Thank you for your review. We're pleased to hear that you found both the coach and driver very good, and that travelling by coach was easier than taking the train. We appreciate your feedback regarding the departure time from London. We understand that a later return can make for a long day. We carefully balance the amount of free time at the destination with journey times for all passengers, but comments like yours are always helpful and will be taken into consideration when planning future trips. Thank you again for travelling with Barnes, and we hope to welcome you on board again soon.
