Hello - thank you for leaving this feedback. Unfortunately, where concerts are concerned, timings are not always known until much nearer the event date. For this event, the venue doors and concert start time actually changed a couple of times and in fact they changed again after the official tickets were printed. For this reason, we always try to arrive at the venues in plenty of time, also to avoid traffic delays. We will make sure to feed through your comments regarding the driver. We look forward to seeing you on board again in the future.
