I was very sorry to read that the tour did not meet your expectations, and I would like to apologise for the disappointment caused. I am particularly sorry for the delay at the start of the holiday caused by the issue with the passengers' pickup arrangements. I appreciate how frustrating it must have been to lose valuable time in Weymouth as a result, and I understand how this would have affected your overall impression of the tour from the outset. I was also disappointed to learn that the itinerary and excursions did not provide the level of interest and enjoyment you had anticipated. Whilst we appreciate that sightseeing preferences vary from person to person, we are sorry that several of the visits and included excursions did not offer the experience you were hoping for and left you feeling that the holiday did not represent good value for money. Thank you for your positive comments regarding the Headland Hotel and the food provided during your stay. I am also delighted to hear that Peter looked after everyone so well throughout the tour. I will ensure your kind words are passed on to both the hotel and Peter, who I know will greatly appreciate the recognition. I have also noted your comments regarding the length of time spent at some destinations and your preference for returning to the hotel earlier to allow more time to relax before dinner.
